Worlds number one PC maker, Lenovo unveiled eighteen new devices and accessories and new Y series gaming machine to cap the year in commanding style.

As part of its MyLENOVOtaintment slogan, the company divides its brand strategy to three core areas which are music, movie and gaming in a key move to better engage with the customer on their interests.

In launching the products in KL recently, Khoo Hung Chuan Country Manager Lenovo, Malaysia claims “Lenovo has seen a consistent demand not just for laptops and smartphones but also for tablets, multimodes and PCs. Because our customers are diverse, so our products are not ‘one size fits all’ either. The MyLENOVOtainment approach allows us to continue enhancing the lives of everyone. We are also known around the world for innovation, style and personal expression and have stayed true to this with our new range of products.”

Under Yoga series, three new models were introduced Yoga 900 6th Gen i7 convertible, Yoga Tab 3 an 8″ tablet with LTE connectivity and a Tab 3 Pro a10.1″ QHD power tablet with better projection ability. Gaming enthusiast on the other hand can look forward to the new Y series gaming laptops kicking off with the ideapad 700 which can run on either AMD or Intel processors with JBL speakers and Y900 desktop that offers consumers future upgrading flexibility for motherboard and graphic cards.

Four new ideapad models were also released, ideapad 100, AIO 700, AIO 300 and ideapad 500, the laptop and desktop were also joined by a new phablet LenovoPhab a 6.98″ phab + tablet experimental hybrid device the company hopes to create a segment with and a new 2 in1 tablet that comes with a keyboard folio called MIIX which has a sizeable screen size on 12″. There were accessories like Pocket Projector, Bluetooth speakers, gaming headset, precision mouse, mechanical keyboard, backpack and even a mouse pad showcased during the launch. Looks like Lenovo does not want any stones unturned in the PC business, and just about slapping the brand on the computing ecosystem.
