After much fanfare over the launch of the Neffos X1 and X1 Max, Neffos has another treat for us in the form of the X1 Lite. Keeping the core essentials of its older brothers, the X1 Lite features a simpler and more user-friendly experience, ensuring it becomes the new talk of the town. Neffos’ brand ambassador Fazura was also at the launch of the X1 Lite, which has a special bundle package available exclusively on Lazada.

The X1 Lite resembles the X1 and X1 Max, featuring a dual-curved back and narrow edges of 2.75mm alongside a 2.5D glass. It also comes equipped with a MediaTek octa-core CPU with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Rounding up with a Mali T860 MP2 GPU, the X1 Lite is clearly targeted towards the entry-level market of smartphones. Fitted with a 2,550Mah battery, it replaces the X1 as the beefier of the two. The X1 Lite will be running on the NFUI (Neffos User Interface) 2.0, based on Android’s 7.0 Nougat OS.

For avid smartphone photographers, the X1 Lite houses a 13-megapixel sensor with backside illuminations, 5P lens and f/2.0 aperture for a shallow depth of field. It’s 5-megapixel front-facing camera comes with 84° wide-angle lens to capture even more of the surroundings.

Available in two colours, mainly Cloudy Grey and Sunrise Gold, the X1 Lite will retail at RM499 at all authorised Neffos retailers and resellers nationwide come August 2017. It will also be available exclusively through Lazada, where  buyers will receive an exclusive limited merchandise of their choice – either a Neffos Premium Gift Box or a Fazbulous Warrior T-shirt signed by Fazura.
