HUAWEI’s EMUI 8.0 nova 2 plus Beta Test Goes Live

HUAWEI announces that the EMUI 8.0 nova 2 plus beta test is now open for Malaysians to join.

The EMUI 8.0 operating system lets users optimise the performance of their phones. Based on machine learning, EMUI 8.0 allocates resources dynamically to give more CPU and memory to apps in use. It also predicts user intentions and recommends functions which they might want to use.

HUAWEI nova 2 plus users can join the beta test by downloading the beta app to their smartphone. After starting the app and accepting the Terms and Conditions, the app will prompt users to login with their HUAWEI ID. New users may register for a new HUAWEI ID via email or their phone number.

During the beta test, if users find any problems, they can go to the Report page. Next, input all details about the problem and submit. If users aren’t on WiFi, the app will ask first if they’d like to upload their phone’s log to HUAWEI.

Finally, if users want to quit the beta test, the may do so by choosing Personal > Join Project > Available Project. Pick the project joined and then choose Sign Out. Upon exit, HUAWEI will dispose the user’s application in 48 hours. At the same time, users will also stop receiving beta notifications.
