HONOR brought the sauce at IFA 2020 and in addition to unveiling new wearables, the Chinese company also revealed its top of the line laptop, the HONOR MagicBook Pro.
The laptop comes pre-installed with Microsoft Windows 10, and is aimed at helping creative professionals to enhance their productivity and boost their creativity. Boasting a state-of-the-art AMD Ryzen 5 4600H processor with integrated Radeon Graphics and 6 cores and 12 threads, the HONOR MagicBook Pro delivers smooth performance even when handling complex tasks.
With an ultra-fast 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD storage drive and 16GB DDR4 dual-channel RAM, the laptop guarantees blistering data speeds when reading and transferring files. Furthermore, it features a stunning 16.1 inch FullView display with 100% sRGB color gamut, making it perfect for viewing photos, movies and browsing the web as well as for professional applications that demand greater color accuracy and consistent image brightness.
With a smaller footprint, measuring at 369 mm x 234 mm x 16.9 mm, its compact and lightweight design makes the HONOR MagicBook Pro perfect for today’s flexible workforce, allowing users to enjoy games, movies and work on the go.
Now, for the caveat. HONOR has priced the laptop at €899.9 (around RM4416), which puts it in the same breath as some MacBooks and other more established laptop brands. Given its steep price, you might want to think twice before making your decision to purchase it.
The HONOR MagicBook Pro (16+512GB) will be available in Germany from the 7th of September, as well as UK and France from the 8th of September.
