HONOR Opens 100th Store At Suria KLCC

HONOR Malaysia has marked a major milestone with the opening of its 100th retail store at Suria KLCC, highlighting the brand’s rapid expansion since entering the Malaysian market in 2019.

The launch saw a strong public turnout with visitors exploring HONOR’s latest devices including the HONOR 400 Series, MagicBook Pro 14, Pad 10, Watch 5 Ultra and Band 10. Shoppers also experienced Malaysia’s-first Cross-OS Connectivity between the HONOR 400 Series and Apple’s iPhone and iPad.

HONOR now leads in Malaysia’s mid-premium smartphone segment, with one in every four smartphones sold between RM1,500 to RM3,000 being an HONOR device, based on recent third-party data.

In line with its expansion strategy, HONOR plans to invest RM10 million annually to enhance its retail experience nationwide. This includes building more customer engagement zones, introducing smart technologies and offering hands-on device experiences.

On after-sales service, HONOR aims to operate up to 25 official service centres by end-2025, up from the current 18. The company has committed to strengthening support infrastructure while maintaining one of the lowest device repair rates in the industry.

To celebrate the KLCC opening, HONOR offered exclusive gifts and promotions to the first 100 walk-in customers and showcased its flagship devices including the Magic7 Pro and foldable models.
