After three weeks of being unveiled to the world, Apple’s latest budget iPhone, the iPhone SE 2020 will now be available in Malaysia starting from May 11.
The iPhone SE 2020 will be available for purchase via Apple Malaysia’s website, Apple Store app, Apple Authorised Resellers as well as telcos who are offering the phone.
Of course, this has been one of Apple’s most talked about devices of recent history, all because of the affordability aspect of the second generation iPhone SE. Like I’ve stated previously in another article about the iPhone SE 2020, the phone represents value for many who don’t care about the latest and greatest. It’s an iPhone, but cheaper.
But of course, a cheaper price, means an overall lesser experience. The iPhone SE 2020 comes with a miniature 4.7″ Retina HD LCD display, a single 12MP rear wide camera, 7MP selfie camera, and similar battery life to the iPhone 8. Mainly because it’s housed in an iPhone 8 body, but we knew that already.
But where it makes up for all of this, is the latest A13 Bionic chip, the same processor that powers the iPhone 11 series of devices. So, there’s that.
The iPhone SE 2020 has a starting price of RM1999 for 64GB, RM2199 for 128GB and RM2699 for 256GB of storage. Like I said, a mighty affordable iPhone.
