Announcing the Fusion 360 camera in September, GoPro is now shipping the latest gadget right before the Christmas season starts hoping to tap into busy holiday gifting period. The Fusion is a 360-degree camera that captures videos in  5.2K in a spherical image form (refer attachment below).

The gimble makes the gadget stable when using and the accompanying app enables users to control the camera, live preview their shots, and stitch, trim and share content right from their iPhones (Android version is not available yet) On desktop, Fusion Studio (with Adobe Premiere Pro CC plug-ins) enables OverCapture, which lets you re-frame and save traditional fixed perspective videos “punched out” from the large 360-degree video.

A mobile OverCapture experience and new visual presets including Tiny Planet and PanoFlow will be released in early 2018.
