Google Wallet is now available as a web app, and it brings with it the ability to send and receive money using your existing debit card. All you need to do is tie your Google account to a debit card you use.

Thanks to automatic fund transfers, the service is near-instantaneous, meaning there’s no need to cash out like you would using older services. This should give PayPal the healthy competition it desperately needs.
