Second coming, that’s exactly what Google is doing with Google+, after a failed attempt on social network the search giant is adamant in cutting its teeth in the ever growing social world. Google claims users loved two features on the new Google+ Communities which now average 1.2 million new joins per day, and Collections, which launched just five months ago and is growing even faster.

The company’s new redesigned Google+ is much simpler and made to be more mobile friendly and built for web, Android and iOS. You’ll need to opt-in to this new version of Google+ on the web to see the changes by by signing in and clicking “Let’s go” when you see the prompt. When you do the first thing you will notice is a red bar on the top running across your screen.
