Glocomp Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia’s leading ICT solutions providers, has been appointed as a distributor for Equinix, a global digital infrastructure company. This strategic partnership enables Glocomp to offer Equinix’s data centre and interconnection services, including the innovative Equinix Fabric, which facilitates secure, on-demand connections to cloud providers and partner ecosystems.

Joseph Giam, Managing Director of Glocomp, expressed that the partnership marks a significant milestone, enhancing the company’s reputation in Malaysia’s digital infrastructure sector. As an official distributor, Glocomp will provide a range of Equinix’s services, such as advanced colocation, interconnection capabilities, and access to a vast ecosystem of partners and IT providers. Additionally, Glocomp will integrate these solutions into its own GC360 Managed Services portfolio, which includes infrastructure assessments, security posture reviews, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR)-as-a-service.
