From Galaxy Note 7 to Fidget Spinners

When something starts to get boring, someone would find a way to upgrade and make it exciting again. Such is the case with the new and improved version of fidget spinners, that didn’t really get the kind of attention they were hoping for.

In recent news, it has been reported that a Bluetooth-enabled fidget spinner had exploded while being charged. The fidget spinner in question is also equipped with speakers so that the user can listen to music via Bluetooth connection.

The incident, which happened in Michigan, U.S., surprised the owner, Michelle Carr as she had just recently bought the fidget spinner. It wasn’t long after she started charging that she saw the fidget spinner being engulfed in flames on her table.

Some of the factors that may have contributed to this is that batteries are rarely shock-proof and may result in small explosions if the item is dropped or knocked over several times. Combine that fact with a fidget spinner, it is the best recipe for a ‘banging’ experience.
