Well there you go, Taiwan with a population of approximately 24 million inhabitants get their first Apple store while we in Kuala Lumpur will continue to wait. Even our down south neighbour have a store in Orchard! Bummer!

Okay sulks aside, Apple Taipei 101 open’s its store this week and is situated in the swanky high rise corporate office and mall in the city centre. Apart from finding latest Apple products, there will also be community programs and free hands-on sessions organised, like photography and video, art and design, music, coding and other learning activity.

There will be 130 trained store team members in house and will be on hand to offer Personal Setup to help customers customise their device and Apple Geniuses who will provide free tech advice and support everyday.
