The popular anime-focused game based around a battle royale between historical figures, arrives in Southeast Asia and Oceania; indeed, Fate/Grand Order is now available in this region. Well. specifically for Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Australia.

Strangely, the list does not include Malaysia despite the country hosting a big potential market. Not to mention that it sits right in between all of the other countries, geographically. Details on Malaysia’s release are still not conclusive, but hopefully it isn’t too far off.
For now, players in other countries for this region and Oceania can enjoy the first five chapters from Fate/Grand Order. Players can also look forward to limited-time events. This game is the English version and shares its servers with the North American populace.
Below is a summary of Fate/Grand Order’s story:
In a world where humanity’s existence is in peril, players take on the role of ‘Master’; they gain the ability to summon and command powerful familiars known as ‘Servants’. These “Servants” are powerful reincarnations based on historical figures such as King Arthur, Jeanne d’Arc, and Alexander the Great.
To avert the extinction of mankind, players must embark on a quest known as the ‘Grand Order’; the adventure will enable them to travel back in time to fix the space-time anomalies together with their “Servants.”
Fate/Grand Order bases itself in TYPE-MOON’s Fate franchise. Originally for the visual novel genre on PC, the franchise expands to mobile devices as a free-to-play role-playing game. The Fate/Grand Order Project, comprising efforts from DELiGHTWORKS, Aniplex, and Notes, continues to develop and expand on the game.
The English version of Fate/Grand Order follows after successes in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. The game has over 30 million worldwide downloads since its Japan debut in 2015. It also consistently tops charts in the US, Canada, and Japan iTunes Stores.
Fate/Grand Order is downloadable and free-to-play from Google Play and App Store.
