Apple fans who are struggling with storage problem and bulky storage expansion need not worry anymore as SanDisk announces its latest product, iXpand, a flash drive designed for extra storage for iPhones and iPads. Some may know the previous iXpand and may be using it but the new SanDisk iXpand have slimmer and unique clip-on design. This unique design, hides the bulk of the flash drive behind the device while connected and allows consumers to continue to use to transfer files at ease.

The interesting part of this new iXpand is that it is supported by its own application, the app seem to be well designed on the first look. It is able to manage the storage files at ease and viewing media files without the need of opening iTunes or any other media players. The app also comes with a security system.  For example, if you have the latest iPhone with fingerprint scanner, you can lock and unlock the smartphone with just a tap of your finger.

iXpand is now available in selected outlets with the pricing of RM179, RM239, RM339, and RM529 for 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB respectively. The prices are inclusive of GST.
