EXmobile Malaysia’s very own mobile phone brand, launched new phones and smartwatch to further position itself as a serious contender in the exciting mobile market place. With the Volte series smartphone and EX Watch the company aims to capture the price conscious public who are looking for affordable devices that can still offer the features that they require.
The VoLte 2 smartphone sports a 5 inch 1280 x 720 pixels in resolutions the Super Color TCL IPS screen gives out 320 PPI pixel density, the surface is a 2.5D curve glass with nano coating- covered on both front and back panel. Size stands at 144 X 71 X 6.8 mm while weight is at 139 grams.
Under the hood, the phone is runs on Mediatek 6735A quad core processor with Mali T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded with microSD card up to 64GB.
This handset is features a 13MP F/2.2 aperture rear shooter with dual LED flash and a 5MP front facing snapper. There’s also a hi-grade sound chip, YAMAHA HiFi YDA165 Sound System ACC Sound Effect DTS Dolby integrated in the device.
It is powered up by a 2,200mAh battery that can last up to 90 hours standby time and 7 hours talktime supports 4G LTE connectivity with Dual SIM, Dual Standby mode. And runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box.
As for the EX Watch, the body dimension measurement is 52 x 46 x 13.5mm and runs on MT2502A–108MHz SoC paired with 128MB RAM and 32MB storage, supports up to 8GB of microSD card expansion. It is powered by a Polymer Li-ion 3.7V 350mAh size battery. It has features like a Pedometer, Sleep Monitor, Anti lost, sedentary reminder, Heart Rate monitor, IP65 waterproof, Remote Camera, Synchronous SMS, MMS, and Time Sync.
The watchcase is made of stainless steel, while the watchband has two choices to choose from: Stainless steel or leather strap that weighs 128g and 62.8g respectively.
Leather strap variant will be retailed at RM399 and it will be available at Q1 2016 and available in Silver, Black, Rose Gold, Royal Blue and Gold color options, the Volte 2 smartphone will be at RM549.
