LightsUp Network Solution (or just LNS) Sdn Bhd has launched a new service called the Elite LTE High Speed Broadband. Recognising the needs of the people in Kuching, the first Neutral Network Carrier in Malaysia, has setup a branch in Kuching.

“Before this, we came across some people from Kuching when we participated in an event, and that’s when the idea of ELITE LTE HIGH SPEED Broadband was born,” said C. L. Dang, Director of LNS, “We realised that the supply and demand in Kuching’s internet bandwidth and speed imbalance.”

Through feedback given, LNS found out that a particular area in Kuching had the worst in Internet coverage, speed and bandwidth. “So we partnered with one of the local ISPs and had our branch stationed at Al-Idrus Commercial Centre in Jalan Satok, so that the Kuching people can engage with us better. We appreciate feedbacks and treat them seriously! That’s why this service, the Elite LTE High Speed Broadband with Unlimited Data plan, was born.” C.L. Dang added.

He went on to explain that most companies in Kuching use costly Internet solutions like Metro – E, so another solution called the Bonded Broadband Solution was also introduced. The basic idea behind the solution is to combine multiple internet lines into one pipeline, and use the total combined inbound bandwidth for every task or data packet transmission. “Depending on the company’s environment, it will help in cost effectiveness as we transform and utilise the existing internet lines in a better way to improve the internet connection’s performance.” he explained.

To conclude the launch, he added by declaring this: “Our mission, is just one, always exceeding the customer expectations by constantly providing better or the best services that we could.” With the new service, the people in Kuching can hopefully now enjoy greater mobile broadband connections.
