August just got a whole lot better :’)

Let’s be honest here, I’m sure we’ve all been issued with road summonses before. I mean, come on! We’re only human, right? Unless of course you’ve been an exemplary driver on the road then hey, more power to you, but for those of us prone to making the odd mistake, it’s okay.. because JPJ is offering the deal of a lifetime next month!

Believe it or not, a 70% discount is being offered on all summonses issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) throughout August. That’s right, in conjunction with you know, national month and all, you can settle your outstanding JPJ and SPAD tickets at a massive discount, and this includes blacklisted cases too.

According to Transport Minister Wee Ka Siong, the discount will be implemented at all JPJ urban transformation centres and payment channels such as mySIKAP, self service kiosks and RTD Mobile. Those blacklisted will have to go to a JPJ branch or state office for documentation before you can make your payments.

The discount period will run throughout the month of August.
