Disney Coming Out With Their Own Streaming Platform; Get Ready For Frozen To Be Streamed 24/7

Disney is officially coming out with their own streaming platform. Well, that’s neat. The streaming site, known as Disney+, will be out on November 12th, 2019 and will be $6.99 (RM 29) a month. And of course, it’s going to be only in the U.S. market for now, but Disney being Disney, I’m sure it’ll creep into the international market soon enough. The service will have something for fans of all ages, or so they say. Content will range from various brands of the company’s entertainment streams. This would mean Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic and all of this will be available on connected TV as well as mobile.

Seems Disney wants to take over the streaming space, but good luck with that. With some of their content already available on Netflix, it’ll be interesting to see if they’ll be pulling out of other platforms. Hopefully not, but you never know. Maybe they’ll finally make some more quality Pixar short films, and post it up on Disney+. I’d be all for that, honestly.

Other titles include;

“Additionally, Disney+ announced that all 30 seasons of The Simpsons will be available on the service on day one. In the service’s first year, audiences will also have access to family-friendly Fox titles like The Sound of MusicThe Princess Bride and Malcolm in the Middle as part of an impressive collection of more than 7,500 television episodes and 500 films including blockbuster hits from 2019 and beyond.”

Seems 2019 is an interesting year for streaming. Apple announced their own streaming service coming soon, and now Disney. Who’s next, IKEA?
