The New Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Zambry Abdul Kadir plans to continue to work on the agendas that has been laid by the former Higher Education Minister, Datuk Seri Khaled Nordin.
Admitting that Datuk Khaled has laid a good foundation, he decided to continue the agenda. “I am here today to continue agenda.” He stated today after clocking in at the ministry today.
According to NST, currently Datuk Zambry will be focusing on understanding and digesting ways to fully implement the existing policies.
Additionally, Datuk Zambry stated that as a former lecturer, he will use his experience to lead the ministry.
“I am not saying that I am the best, but I came from the campus world. Wether I was a student or a student leader, then when I was teaching on campus. InsyaAllah with these experiences, I will be with the students, lecturers and administrators.”, reported NST.
