Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 10 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 9,306 cases, with 151 active cases as of August 28. The 10 new cases are broken down as 8 imported and 2 domestic.

36 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 9,030. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 97.03 percent.

There are currently still 8 cases being treated in the ICU, with 6 cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus stays the same at a total of 125.
