Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 55 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 6353 cases, with 1764 active cases as of May 4.
11 of the 105 new cases are imported, with the rest being local transmission cases.
71 new cases have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 4484. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 70.58% percent.
There are currently 28 cases being treated in the ICU, with 13 cases on ventilation support.
The MoH have also reported no new deaths as of May 4, keeping Malaysia’s death toll at 105.
