With the biggest jump in a single day, there seem to be no signs of a slow down as the Coronavirus spreads across China 31 provincial regions causing more deaths and new cases.

Although contained within China, the level of how the disease is spreading is quite alarming, despite multiple control mechanism adopted by the Chinese government, cases of the novel virus now stands at 28,018 with 563 confirmed deaths. However, WHO has commended the National Health Commission for its quick action by repatriating Chinese citizens abroad who are suspected to be from the infected region and ensuring quarantined residents receive adequate care. Out of which cases that have been discharged is also on the rise, 1,153 patients infected with the novel coronavirus had been discharged from hospital after recovery. China will also be building more makeshift hospitals after its world record feat in building a 10,000 bed hospital in 10 days.

Over in Malaysia, no new cases has been reported, the 4 year old girl that recovered from the coronavirus infection will be returning to her home country. Health officials used common practices in tackling influenza virus to cure the girl.
