CelcomDigi Berhad (CelcomDigi) marked a significant milestone with the launch of its inaugural Customer Engagement Day (CED) across Malaysia, underscoring the company’s unwavering dedication to fostering genuine connections with its customers. 

The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 3,800 CelcomDigi employees (CDzens) who took to the streets in key market centers, showcasing the company’s new brand logo and presenting attractive offerings in 5G device plans and home fiber services.

The inaugural CED encapsulated the core principles driving CelcomDigi’s brand spirit, namely dynamism, a deep-rooted passion for customers, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. 

It provided an avenue for CDzens to actively engage with customers, fostering meaningful interactions, and gathering invaluable feedback about their experiences and expectations with CelcomDigi’s services.

Commenting on the event, Datuk Idham Nawawi, the Chief Executive Officer of CelcomDigi, emphasized the company’s dedication to building a trustworthy and reliable brand, particularly in an era dominated by digital solutions. 

The company’s proactive approach in integrating sales and retail operations, ensuring a seamless transition post-merger in December 2022, reinforces its commitment to customer satisfaction.
