The biggest week in US is when Super Bowl takes place, ranks up close to their 4th July celebration with every American psyched up to this sporting event. Every year artists are invited to perform at the games and find it an honour and privilege to sing in front of the thousands at the Rose Bowl and millions watching across the country.

Beyonce has not released a single since Crazy In Love back in September 2015 and this will come as a nice welcome to the year by the prolific singer, Formation has tones of struggles of the black community and is set against the New Orleans flood backdrop. Fans could also get a glimpse of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter dancing to the upbeat tempo in the video clip.
