BenQ has announced the arrival of their brand-new EW3280U gaming monitor. It comes equipped with HDRi intelligent visual optimization, tailored 2.1 channel Hi-Fi audio, and full-function Eye-Care.
HDRi & Active Intelligent Brightness Control
BenQ’s HDRi technology combines active intelligent brightness control, color saturation/balance optimization, and proprietary HDR image techniques to accentuate image contrast and clarity. With a built-in sensor, the EQ3280U gaming monitor detects ambient light levels along with image content to automatically adjust screen brightness.

True Sound Audio by treVoloInside the monitor is a built-in 2.1 channel speaker system designed by BenQ’s treVolo audio team to maximize expansive sound. BenQ is trying to change people’s mindsets with their speaker quality,as BenQ’s True Sound by treVolo creates a better listening experience by utilising physical acoustics and psychoacoustics, without desktop clutter. There’s five tailored sound modes, which include Game, Cinema, Pop/Live, Dialog/Vocal and Rock/Party.
Total Immersion in Pure Comfort
As a staple at this point, the EW3280U comes with BenQ’s exclusive Eye-Care technology, which comprises of their Brightness Intelligence Plus (B.I.+), Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free tech. As a new addition, they’re also including a new ePaper mode, Eye Reminder and Colour Weakness modes. Their B.I.+ technology auto-adjusts the screen brightness, colour temperature, and clarity for a more comfortable viewing experience.
