ANTA Launches #ANTABersamaAnda Shoe Donation Campaign For Ramadan

In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, ANTA, a leading global sportswear brand, introduces its inaugural #ANTABersamaAnda shoe donation campaign, reflecting the values of compassion and solidarity.

Committed to giving back to communities, ANTA calls upon Malaysians to come together and donate their gently used shoes to support the less fortunate.

Running from today until 5 April, ANTA will collect gently used shoes at designated drop-off points in the Klang Valley, including The Exchange TRX, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Sunway Pyramid, and The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey in Johor Bahru.

The aim is to gather a minimum of 200 pairs, which will be distributed to underserved communities supported by Teach for Malaysia and Women of Will. Additionally, ANTA will provide new shoes and apparel to ensure recipients can celebrate the joyous festivities of Raya with confidence.

ANTA Malaysia, Country Manager, Pang Sook Fong, expressed her belief that this initiative will not only give old shoes new life but also reduce environmental footprint.

She said, “ANTA is thrilled to spearhead this meaningful effort, intertwining sustainability with social responsibility. By repurposing pre-loved shoes and empowering underprivileged individuals, particularly children and women, we aspire to make a tangible difference in their lives, fostering a brighter future.”

In appreciation of donors’ contributions, every customer who donates a pair of shoes will receive an exclusive discount on selected ANTA footwear products, subject to terms and conditions.

Sook Fong added, “ANTA remains steadfast in its commitment to driving positive change within communities through sustainable initiatives. We believe in not only providing high-quality sports products but also uplifting those in need, enabling them to move forward with confidence.”
