IFA Updates: Acer Showcases The Predator 17 And 15 Gaming Notebooks

Acer Predator series of notebooks is dedicate for serious gamers, at the recent IFA in Berlin, the Taiwanese PC maker showcased some elaborate editions from the Predator pedigree. Tipping the scale on fine design and superb features. The colour scheme on the Predator is wicked, black with red trims sounds familiar, Lenovo Y Series carries similar tones and Asus did so on their ROG G751 causing Asus to cry foul and switching the scheme to orange for the G752. The new Predator looks more grown up, with models on the offing are the Predator 17 and Predator 15 that comes in two different sizes (17inch and 15inch). Acer has pimped the gaming rigs up a notch reducing lag with some fancy features like the Killer DoubleShot Pro, which allows gamers to select applications used on the system to manage bandwidth and also use wired and wireless connections simultaneously. Predator Dust  alternates airflow directions and help stop dust from building up, which ensures crucial components keep running smoothly.

With PredatorSense you can access gaming features like keyboard macro profiles you can switch between in-game, and adjustable lighting configurations pretty handy for customising.Sound system on the latest machines is enhance with SoundPound 4.2 which boasts four speakers, two subwoofers and Dolby Audio giving extra thump for the action scenes. The CPU on the models introduced run on the latest Intel 6th Generation Skylake I7 processors accompanied by Nvidia GeForce GTX980m graphic processing unit all for the ultimate gaming pleasure on a 17″ screen or 15″ that Acer could have a 4K version.
