More Games Have Been Announced For Nintendo Switch

Nintendo had a surprise Nintendo Direct recently, and with it announced a huge amount of games that will be coming over to it’s Nintendo Switch.

There’s really a lot of titles mentioned, like Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition, Catherine: Full Bodyand King’s Bounty 2.

Though the ones that caught my eye are games from 2K Games. That’s right, BioShock, Borderlands and X-Com 2 are all headed to Switch!

BioShock will be releasing its Collection edition, so that means Switch users will be able to play all BioShock games including its DLCs.

Borderlands itself will provide its first three games. While it’s a shame Borderlands 3 is not included, players will find so much content from the first three that it’s forgivable.

X-COM 2 Collection also will come with its expansion pack, War of the Chosen and some extra DLC that will keep players occupied for a long time.

Apart from just those big titles, there is also some additional content coming for existing games.

Animal Crossing: New Horizon will be receiving a seasonal event starting 1 April, while Super Smash Bros. will be releasing their first fighter for Fighters Pass Vol. 2 from ARMS. He will be unveiled this coming June. If any of you have Switch Online, you will able to play Arms from 26 March to April 6!

One of the bigger DLC announcements is from Pokémon Sword and Shield, as they’ve unveiled their upcoming Isle of Armor and The Crown Tundra expansion pack. The first expansion is set to arrive in June, while the second will arrive in Autumn 2020.

Some games have already been released, such as Good JobStar Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, Panzer Dragon: Remake and Shinsekai: Into the Depths (previously an Apple Arcade exclusive).
