Here’s A Fitness App That’s Free To Use While Under MCO

If you’re one of those people who feel they need to get out of their house, even during the movement control order just to exercise, maybe this will make you stay put.

In response to people staying at home in most parts around the world, actor Chris Hemsworth announced that he will be allowing free access to his fitness app.

His fitness app, Centr, was launched back in January 2019 and features training guides, healthy eating, and better lifestyle habits.

The actor will only be providing the app for free for the next six weeks. If you wish to continue after that, it will only cost RM1.37 per day (according to the app, though I’m sure there are plans for a month or a yearand you can cancel it at any time.

“There’s a lot of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty in the world at the moment. You’re probably stuck at home so I wanted to give everybody full access for free to my fitness app over the next six weeks,” said Hemsworth.

There’s a catch, though. Unfortunately, Centr is only available on the App Store. For those on Android and desktop, you can access the programme through your web browsers.

To sign up for the six weeks, you will have to do it through the website. Sign up through the website first before logging into the app, or you won’t get the six weeks of free usage.

I’m not sure why Hemsworth couldn’t just tweak the app to provide the six-week option to make things easier, but I guess that’s a minor issue.

With that fitness app made available, you guys have no excuse to go out for exercising now. Stay fit at home.
