After every rumour we’ve heard about Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip, we’ve now got a look at the actual device in action (sort of). The video’s initial source is still unsure, but it was firstly published by prominent leaker and insider Ben Geskin. He posted the video on Twitter with no additional information and no source for the leak. But considering that he’s been a reputable source of information and the video looks legit, safe to say we think it’s real.

The video is a 19 second clip which shows the Z Flip in their Mirror Purple colour variant and you get a look at basically every thing you need to see. It shows off the back of the device where you can see the dual camera and secondary screen which turns on when the Z Flip is folded. The screen shows the time, date, battery percentage, but I’m gonna assume you’ll be able to see notifications there as well.

But now on to the actual screen. When the Galaxy Z Flip is unfolded, it’s massive. No seriously, check out the video. It had been reported previously that there would be a 21:9 aspect ratio, and seemingly so. The bezels are pretty big, but impressive for a foldable, and you can see the punchole camera cutout in the centre of the display, similar to the Note 10 lineup.

However, something note is I can’t even see th crease when the device folds open. Maybe it’s because of the video itself, but I saw no discernible bump. This could be partly thanks to Samsung’s new Ultra Thin Glass which they’re reportedly using on the Z Flip. I mean, you guys remember the plastic cover on the Fold? Yeah well Samsung is trying to avoid another situation like that.
