HONOR has opened its largest overseas Experience Store and Service Centre at Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru, drawing strong consumer turnout during its grand opening on July 26. The launch coincided with the first weekend sales of the HONOR Magic V5, which recorded significant demand across Malaysia.

The new flagship outlet combines retail, after-sales service, and product education, marking what HONOR describes as a milestone for its global retail strategy. The opening was officiated by Justin Li, President of HONOR South Pacific, alongside Lee Fook Sin, Director of The Hello Station.

Li said, “We are proud that Malaysia is the first country overseas to launch our largest HONOR Experience Store and Service Centre. HONOR’s growth in Malaysia has been exceptional, with our 100th store opening at KLCC just last month.”

To mark the occasion, the store hosted activities including an AI workshop, a durability exhibition, and a teardown showcase of the Magic V5. Customers also enjoyed exclusive deals, lucky draws and creative sessions with local artists.

The HONOR Magic V5, available in Malaysia with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, is priced with additional incentives such as a RM400 trade-in rebate and free gifts worth RM2,697. The device is offered in four finishes—Dawn Gold, Ivory White, Silk Brown and Black—and can be purchased through HONOR Experience Stores, authorised retailers, and online platforms.
