Google Duo is now here, which is an application for Android that allows you to make video calls over line, and what I mean is this app works using the phone number that you have, and not over an internet account like other video calls platform does, such as Skype, Facetime and Whatsapp Video Call.

When on Wifi, the Google Duo can switch between Wifi and mobile data depending on the users’ consequences, if the user is on Wifi and drops to 4G or 3G, Google Duo will also drop to 4G and 3G with just a small break in between the calls before the call resumes again.

That is the unique thing about the Google Duo, although its different from Google Hangouts, as it only supports video call between two people and not a group call yet, I’m sure we all would still be happy that this new technology brings new convenience to us.
