Preparing For The Worst; MoH Reports Over 200 Covid-19 Cases Today

Today, the Ministry of Health have identified 260 new cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 11, 484 cases, with 1,334 active cases as of October 1. The 260  new cases are broken down as 1 imported and 259 domestic.

47 new case have recovered, bringing the total of recovered cases to 10,014. This also brings Malaysia to a recovery case percentage of 87.20 percent.

There are currently 20 cases being treated in the ICU, with 3 cases on ventilation support.

The total number of deaths from the coronavirus stays the same at a total of 136.
