HONOR is set to unveil its newest smartphone from the X series very soon. It seems that they’re ‘poised’ to redefine mid-range smartphones, and for once, I’m inclined to agree. Considering that the previous lineup of X devices, like the 8X goes for RM 799 at the moment, they might just bring something new to the table at that price point. The few details we do have, suggests so. The HONOR 9X is going to feature a 6.59″ HONOR FullView Display, and what seems to be a pop-up camera. Well, from their promo pic, I’m assuming so.

There’s not that much more detail about the device, but we’ll keep you updated with the latest news about the device. But if they do bring a pop-up camera around the RM 700-800 price point, it’ll be interesting to see how it works out. As far as I know, that price point and a pop-up camera haven’t showed up yet (maybe not on my radar anyway), but here’s hoping the rest of the specs support it.
