Telegram reported power loss again, affected their Asian users twice in the span of a week.
The company announced on Twitter stating:
Lost power & all UPS in the Telegram's Asian server cluster. Asian users are affected. Equipment is rebooting and should be back online soon

According to follow up replies on the same thread, Telegram noted that it’s an issue with the power in the datacentre hosting the chat application. Seems like the Singapore based service provider might be facing some issues.
As of 7 pm Malaysia time, most of the services are running normally, although some glitches are still noticed.
