Come 30 November 2017, popular horror and survival game Resident Evil will be making its appearance for the Nintendo Switch. Titled Resident Evil Revelations, the story takes place between Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5 with Jill Valentine in the lead role.

Resident Evil Revelations will consist of two main gameplay modes. The Story mode focuses on the protagonists as they try to prevent a bioterrorist organisation from infecting the Earth’s oceans with a virus. Raid mode, however, places the player(s) through a selection of altered scenarios from the single-player campaign. Once a scenario is defeated, players will gain experience and battle points, which can be used to purchase items and weapons at the store.
