Just as the dust settles after launch of OPPO F5 affordable smartphone with remarkable features, the Malaysian office has announced the soon to arrive Red Edition of the entry device.

Taking the cue from Apple with the Red Edition for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus with a social cause, OPPO is releasing its own edition but whether its associated with any corporate social responsibility is still unclear. The model will have the same feature of the non-red version with 20 megapixel camera for taking selfies and this particular edition will instead have 6GB of RAM.

Priced at RM1289 when first launched two weeks back, the Red Edition is also expected to have similar price point.
