Telekom Malaysia made available a limited offer Unifi plan in conjunction with the upcoming SEA Games, called Unifi for KL 2017. Announced late last month the new package starting beginning of this month will have 2 special deals one with Webe mobile package and the other with HyppTV Entertainment package.

For the Webe plan new subscribers who plan to apply for Unifi Lite, Advance, Advance Plus and Pro and business customers on Unifi BizLite, Advance, Advance Plus and Pro are entitled to receive 10GB hotspot tethering every month till end of campaign. (31st December). For existing subscribers, you will need to upgrade with a RM30 minimum value to enjoy the perks. For current Webe mobile users, as long as you have your line activated before 30th September, you can join the party.

Here comes the bummer, under the new package and special rates, subscribers will have to commit to a 24 month contract to enjoy the offers however if they choose to terminate any of the added service Hypp TV or Webe, normal rates will be applied. As for the packages available, customers can choose the 100Mbps Pro mobility with 10GB tethering at RM378 while the Advance 30 Mbps plan is at RM248 a month and RM178 for the Lite plan. For those who opt for the Entertainment pack with Hypp TV the rates are RM329, RM199 and RM129 respectively

This is part of TM’s overall SEA Games campaign, there are also additional promotional items attached to this package 25% discount on selected Fitbit trackers, access to SEA Games channel, contest to win a car and new customers will even get Team Malaysia jersey.
